Flagstaff BrewHaHa Health & Safety Protocols

Holding an in-person event has its risks and we are taking added measures to help protect our team, brewers, volunteers, and attendees. Flagstaff BrewHaHa is committed to hosting a safe event. To help ensure we can move forward, we’ve made the decision to require either proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test conducted no more than 72 hours before our gates open. At-Home rapid tests will not be accepted.
If you are not fully vaccinated, a negative COVID-19 test result must be obtained within 72 hours of our gates opening. That means your test must be conducted no sooner than 2pm on Wednesday, January 26th, 2022.

We understand this is a tasting event. Masks are encouraged when entering the venue and when not actively engaged in eating or drinking.

Flagstaff BrewHaHa will have hand sanitizer stations on-site and additional cleaning crews in high-touch areas.
We thank you for your continued support and understanding. Live events are an important part of our community. Help us keep them fun, keep them going, and most importantly, let’s keep them safe for all of us.

Please read through our COVID-19 Safety Acknowledgement and comply with our Health Guidelines. When you arrive at the line, we’ll check your ID for age verification and compare it to your proof of vaccination or negative test results, and then wristband you. Before entrance, we’ll scan your ticket and admit you to the festival.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and its variants exist in any public space where people gather, and no precautions can fully eliminate the risk of exposure. By attending Flagstaff BrewHaHa, you expressly agree to comply with any and all rules and safety guidelines put in place by the event organizers and voluntarily assume all risks and liability related to exposure to COVID-19, which may include severe illness and death. You also agree to waive all claims and potential claims against Greenhouse Productions LLC, and all affiliated companies relating to such risks.
